Shipping & ReturnsDelivery ScheduleYour order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. If you choose the "Economy" service, we withhold the right to delay shipment for one or more days and then dispatch using a next working day service, thus achieving delivery within the quoted time frame. This only happens in exceptionally busy times and is not the normal procedure. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. Note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Royal Mail delivery time will apply accordingly. We will cancel your order if the appropriate Zone of shipping is not selected. Events Beyond our ControlWe shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
